PURPOSE: A drill surrounded with a radiation permeable material is provided to allow an operator to easily confirm the advance direction of the drill, thus reducing an operation time and damage caused by radiation. CONSTITUTION: A drill beat is surrounded with a radiation permeable material, and constructed so as to receive power by a taper shaft from a general drill. The drill beat can be shown from a longitudinal direction thereof when a permeable ray of light such as X-ray is irradiated in parallel to a longitudinal axis thereof, thereby an operator can easily confirm the advance direction of the drill beat.
