PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more profitably produce cadaverine. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cadaverine comprises allowing a crudely purified lysine decarbonation enzyme to act on lysine to produce cadaverine, and then collecting the produced cadaverine. The crudely purified lysine decarbonation enzyme is obtained by inserting a lysine decarbonation enzyme gene into Escherichia coli, allowing to highly express the lysine decarbonation enzyme, and then separating the lysine decarbonation enzyme from the recombinant microorganism. |
