PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe which is comfortable to wear and has an electrically conductive outsole. SOLUTION: This shoe 1 whose insole 3 with electrically conductive part is arranged on a foot connecting side, an outsole 7 on the grounding side, and a midsole 4 between the insole 3 and the outsole 7, is constituted of more than 3 layers of part materials upto the insole or the outsole. At an optional part of the midsole 4, an electrically conductive thread is sewed through the upper and the lower side face, whose seaming part is formed with a contact point 47, 48 with an electrically conductive adhesive 46 or an electrically conductive sheet 16. This shoe is characterized by electrical conductivity given from the insole 3 upto the outsole 7, by contacting the electrically conductive part of the insole 3 with the outsole 7 at each contacting point 47, 48 of the upper and lower face of the midsole 4.
