PURPOSE: A compressive one touch type dispenser is provided to eliminate any inconvenience to separate or fasten an elastic opening/closing device for refilling a container. CONSTITUTION: The compressive one touch type dispenser, used in a container(10) made of a soft elastic material and having a neck portion, consists of an opening/closing elastic member(20) to be coupled to the container; a cap(30) having an opening/closing wall to be fitted around the neck portion of the container; and a container support(40). The opening/closing elastic member is formed with a support rod that its end extends downward from the center of an elastic top surface, and the elastic top surface has a coupling portion at the end thereof.
