PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for absorbing vibration of a booster for an ultrasonic welder are provided to maximize accuracy of the welder by absorbing vibration generated during operation of ultrasonic waves from a vibrator itself and making a wing to be fixed into one body. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for absorbing vibration of a booster for an ultrasonic welder is characterized in that a booster is coupled to the coupling groove and covered with a cover(4) so that fixing bolts fix the cover(4) after forming a coupling groove to be coupled to the booster(2) on the body of the welder, female grooved parts(7,7') are formed on the middle part of one side surface and the upper part of the other side surface of protrusions(6) protruded on both sides of the booster(2) respectively so that a cross section of the protrusions(6) is formed in a zigzag shape, through holes(8) are formed between the respective protrusions(6) and the body(2) of the booster(2) in a certain narrow distance, and fixed protrusions(9) are formed on the middle part of the outer side of the protrusions(6).
