PURPOSE: A system and a method for a customized advertisement service using the Internet and a satellite and ultrahigh speed communication network are provided to broadcast an advertisement wanted by an advertiser to a desired location and time zone through a display device such as a TV set. CONSTITUTION: A customized advertisement website server(100) receives an advertisement request through the Internet and selects the advertisement location. An on-line payment server(110) confirms the reception of the advertisement charge from the advertiser by connecting to the customized advertisement website server. An advertisement contents server(120) receives the information according to the advertisement contents from the customized advertisement website server as a moving image file and provides various contents according to the AD. A program control server(150) receives and process the information for the advertisement location and time zone from the website server. A satellite transmission station(170) transmits the advertisement moving image and the program control file signal to a satellite(180) through an antenna. An advertisement broadcasting server(200) broadcasts the advertisement through the display by detecting the advertisement moving image and the program control file signal received from a receiving antenna(190).
