PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display system responding to a demand of a quick image display with less labor and preventing its observation from being obstructed by abruptly changing the image during observing the image. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional image display system can reconstruct and display a 3D image based on data obtained by one or more medical image diagnostic devices. As for the medical image diagnostic device, for example, there is an X-ray diagnostic device 1 with C arm 4. This system is also provided with a 3D image display switch 9s determining a mode whether or not automatically displaying the 3D image after reconstruction of the 3D image. When the switch 9a is turned ON, this constitution can automatically (dispensing with any operation) display the 3D image and when being turned off, do not automatically display the image.
