PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a shoulder strap of a back pillow, which forces a user to sleep on his side of prevent sleep apnea syndrome, bites into the shoulder because of the movements of his body using the pillow and causes stiffness in the shoulder. SOLUTION: Force applied on a shoulder strap 40 needs to be dispersed all the time to prevent the shoulder straps 40 from biting into the shoulder. The force biting into the shoulder, which happens in the conventional, fixed shoulder strap, can be reduced by placing a loop and by penetrating the shoulder strap through the loop freely.
