PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest which helps a user have a good blood circulation around his legs and feet while he is seated, and mitigates fatigue and pains caused by sitting for long hours when he is restrained to sit on a chair for long hours. SOLUTION: The footrest has a foot base which is inclined to make a part where toes come higher and has a system to adjust the inclining angle.
