PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spawn inoculation device which can control the spreading of various microbes on the inoculation of the liquid spawn, and to provide the liquid spawn inoculation device in which a sterilization treatment and a maintenance work can simply be carried out. SOLUTION: This liquid spawn inoculation device in which a liquid spawn B is inoculated in the culture media C of culture containers 8 is characterized by comprising a spawn-receiving container 14 for storing the liquid spawn B, a spawn-feeding line 15 for feeding the liquid spawn B from the spawn-receiving container 14, a liquid spawn-pressurizing means 16 for pressurizing the liquid spawn B in the spawn-receiving container 14 or on the feeding way of the spawn-feeding line 15 to send out the liquid spawn B, a liquid spawn-spraying mechanism 13 for spraying and inoculating the liquid spawn B pressurized and fed from the liquid spawn-pressurizing means 16 in the culture media C of the culture containers 8, and a drip-receiving member 40 for receiving the drips of the liquid spawn B from the liquid spawn spraying mechanism 13.
