PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a grain tank, making it possible to directly watch a sorting state through a sight glass positioned on the outside surface of the grain tank, by arranging a device for collecting sample grains inside the grain tank so that the sorting state can be directly watched arbitrarily while threshing operation is continuously conducted. SOLUTION: In this structure of the grain tank, a receiving box (2) which is horizontally positioned inside the grain tank (1) and a discharge pathway of a grain elevator (3) are together joined at their upper parts so that the sample grains are collected by opening and closing operation of a shatter (10), and further the sight glass (5) for directly watching the packed grains is positioned on the outside surface of the grain tank (1) so that the sorting state during the operation can be judged from a very close point.
