PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely apply a beveling operation to a small piece of piezoelectric element plate. SOLUTION: In a beveling operation cylinder for applying a beveling operation to the piezoelectric plate, fixed abrasive grains for abrasive operation are characteristically arranged on an inner wall of the beveling operation cylinder. By fixing abrasive grains (diamond, fused alumina, silicon carbide) with electrodeposition and a metal bond or a resin bond or the like, an adequate rotational speed of an operation container can be largely increased, and operational efficiency and accuracy are improved. |
