PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rational apparatus for easily and quickly producing a soup stock for cooking having good taste and flavor by mixing soup stock with return soup. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an extraction part E to extract a soup stock through a filter by supplying hot water to a soup material M charged into an extraction chamber, a storage part R to store a preparatorily produced return soup, a hot tank T to store a mixture of the soup stock and the return soup and a controller to discharge the return soup from the storage part R according to the discharge of the soup stock from the extraction part E, mix both components and store the mixture as the cooking soup stock in the hot tank T. |
