PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the so-called dashing phenomenon in which a sudden load is applied to driven tillage tines and an inexpensive type mobile agricultural machine is pushed with rotary rotation and starts running when the lowering speed of the rotary is kept at a high value because the inexpensive type agricultural working machine is not equipped with a deceleration control mechanism. SOLUTION: This rotary tillage device is obtained by installing gauge wheels 3 protruding to the lower part of a rotary tillage tool 2 freely liftably and lowerably attached to the rear of the machine body of the mobile vehicle and bringing the gauge wheels 3 into contact with the ground surface beforehand when the rotary tillage tool 2 is lowered and making the gauge wheels 3 vertically movable relatively to the ground through dampers 4.
