ENCAPSULATING METHOD OF ORGANIC ELECTRO LUMINESCENCE DEVICE

PURPOSE: An encapsulating method of an organic electro luminescence device is provided to avoid penetration of external humidity and increase life time of a product by improving attachment of inorganic Sus Can. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro luminescence device is encapsulated by cleaning(S10A) a Sus Can with cleaning solution of ultra pure water with 0.1-10% Silane(SiH), attaching(S20) desiccant agent on the inner surface of the Sus Can, and adhering(S30-S50) the Sus Can on a substrate by using ultraviolet sealing agent. The organic electro luminescence device is encapsulated by coating silicon dioxide(SiO2) over surface of the Sus Can by 0.001-10 μm before the Sus Can is assembled with a substrate, attaching(S20) desiccant agent on the inner surface of the Sus Can, and adhering(S30-S50) the Sus Can onto the substrate by using ultraviolet ray sealing agent.
