PURPOSE: Provided is a cover sheet for air duct which places a mesh net to a rotated metal sheet, directly coats fused thermoplastic resins, cools and compresses so that it eliminates separate adhesion process to simplify production process. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the cover sheet for air duct comprises the steps of: (i) placing at a winder(4) as sequence to contact the mesh net with the metal sheet; (ii) driving the winder to wind the mesh net and the metal sheet; (iii) coating the fused thermoplastic resin into one side of the mesh net and the metal sheet; (iv) covering the mesh net with thermoplastic resin and cooling on the metal sheet to harden; (v) closely placing thermoplastic resin to the metal sheet and compressing by one pair of compression rollers(8); and (vi) rotating the compressed thermoplastic resin and the metal sheet along a guide roller(9) and cooling perfectly.
