PURPOSE: Provided are a process for producing polypropylene sheet for easy printing, which is excellent in tensile strength and has a soft gloss surface, and a card, such as a public phone card, produced by using the polypropylene sheet for easy printing. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the polypropylene sheet comprises the steps of: blending 93.2-82.0wt% of homopolypropylene having an MI of 2.0-4.0, 0.3-1.5wt% of an antistatic agent, 0.5-1.5wt% of a nucleating agent, 1.0-5.0wt% of an anti-blocking agent, and 5.0-10.0wt% of TiO2; extruding a molten polypropylene resin having a thickness of 0.3-1.5mm from a T-shaped die by keeping the cylinder temperature of a raw material supply part being 170-190deg.C, the cylinder temperature of a mixing part being 210-240deg.C, the temperature of a wire net for removing extraneous matters being 220-250deg.C, and the temperature of an orifice nozzle being 220-250deg.C; forming a solid state sheet having a thickness of 0.12-0.5mm; corona-treating the solid polypropylene sheet; winding the polypropylene sheet. And the card is produced by performing print on the produced polypropylene sheet.
