PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum alloy foils with satisfactory soft foil strength due to a manufacturing method of aluminum alloy foils omitting a interstage annealing process without producing rolling cracks in the foils. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of scheduled thickness of aluminum alloy foils by rolling the aluminum foils at predetermined passes whose chemical compositions are Fe: 0.80 volume % and over to 1.70 volume % and under, Si: 0.05 volume % and over to 0.3 volume % and under, and Al and unavoidable elements: residual contents, the coil temperature of aluminum alloy foils is controlled from 70 deg.C to 110 deg.C and below at all of the rolling process.
