PURPOSE: A health sauna bathtub and bed in one is provided to block the transmission of any harmful waves such as electromagnetic wave during the sleeping of a user, and to maximize the effect of sauna by virtue of far infrared rays, charcoal, and salt contained therein. CONSTITUTION: The health sauna bathtub and bed in one consists of a hexagonal body frame(41) constructed by walls made of a yellow soil layer, a charcoal, wormwood, or salt layer, and a far infrared rays emitting material layer, and a bed mattress(42) installed inside the body frame so as to maximize the effect of sauna during the user is lying thereon, and a copper plate is installed at the lower end of the body frame.
