PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging of a nozzle in the case of continuously and rapidly cooling a large quantity of molten alloy in a method for producing the rapid- cooled alloy by spouting the molten alloy from a nozzle and colliding against a cooling base body, and to improve the productivity of a rare earth magnet and to obtain the rare earth magnet having excellent characteristic by using the above rapid-cooling method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the rapid-cooled alloy, has a rapid- cooling process for obtaining the rapid-cooled alloy by spouting the molten alloy from the nozzle and colliding against the cooling base body, and uses the nozzle consisting of non-oxide material, in which oxygen content is <=0.2% mass ratio, near the surface constituted of at least a spouting passage of the molten alloy. |
