PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improver for high-sweetness sweetener, reducing offensive taste, bitterness or the like each inherent in a high-sweetness sweetener, and imparting a body taste to the sweetener, and to provide a method for improving taste, and a sweetener composition. SOLUTION: This taste improver contains cellooligosaccharide as an active ingredient, reduces bitterness, offensive taste or the like each inherent in a high-sweetness sweetener, and imparts a body taste to the sweetener or food/ drink containing the sweetener by adding the taste improver thereto. And also, the sweetener composition having the above-mentioned characteristics is obtained by formulating the taste improver with the high-sweetness sweetener. |
