PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag attached with pulleys, which can easily be held on the shoulder or in the hand and can distribute weight of the bag equally on both of the shoulders and the hands. SOLUTION: The bag is characteristically attached with pulleys which are laced through by a shoulder belt slinging the bag, and is also attached with an elastic adjuster near the center of the belt.
