PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new harmful insect-controlling agent that contains a protein having a harmful organism-controlling activity. SOLUTION: This harmful organism-controlling agent contains, as an active ingredient, a protein that has an amino acid sequence encoded by a DNA selected from the group comprising (1) a DNA consisting of a base sequence shown by sequence no.2 (see Specification), (2) a DNA consisting of a base sequence shown by sequence no.4 (see Specification) and (3) a DNA hybridizing to DNA (1) or (2) under a stringent condition, and has a harmful organism- controlling activity. |
