PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for bird avoiding net, which can be simply folded and stored after use and prevent birds from picking garbage. SOLUTION: This apparatus for bird avoiding net is characterized in that the apparatus comprises a frame assembly in which at least three or more flexible frame members composed of ring-shaped thin rod-like steel materials having approximately the same shape and size are successively connected in an approximately vertical state mutually rotatably by connection members so as to be a ring-shaped connected body as a whole and a net member which is properly connected to the frame assembly, covers the top, the circumferential surface and the bottom of the frame assembly, is provided with an openable and closable opening part at a part and is furnished with a bird avoiding magnet or not and the apparatus is foldable.
