PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow yarn membrane module of which the hollow yarn membrane is surely fixed to a housing with a fixing resin and which has an improved pressure resistance. SOLUTION: In this hollow yarn membrane module, a hollow yarn membrane bundle 4 formed by bundling a hollow yarn membrane 3 in a sheet form is fixed to a housing 2 with a fixing resin 5 so that the open end 9 of the hollow yarn membrane 3 is kept open. The housing 2 has a slit 12 for inserting the end of the hollow yarn membrane bundle 4 into the inside of the housing 2 and has weirs 14 installed at both sides of the slit 12 and in parallel to the slit 12. The weir has a weir body 17 and a bent part 19 bent outside from the upper end 18 of the weir body 17.
