PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain solid cookings for cutting and crashing solid materials such as meets and vegetables and also liquid cookings for cutting and crashing vegetables or fruits, etc., and mixing them with a liquid by means of one vessel. SOLUTION: The motor-driven cooking deice is provided with a main body 1 incorporated with a electric motor 2 and the vessel mounted on the main body 1 and having an upper cutter 13 and a lower cuter 14. The upper cutter 13 is driven at a reduced speed through a reduction mechanism 5 by the motor 2 and the lower cuter 15 is directly rotated and driven by the motor 2. Then the solid materials can be cut and crashed at low-sped rotation, and also the vegetables and fruits, etc., can be cut and crashed by the lower cutter, which is rotated at high speed, and mixed with the liquid, to cook juice or the like.
