PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying stand capable of displaying matters to be displayed, in a reduced space and in an easy-to-see state. SOLUTION: A banner stand 1 is provided with a holder part 10 fitted to a leg part 2 to hold a lower end side banner pipe 34 and a hanging tool 20 fitted to a support part 3 and capable of holding an upper end side banner pipe 22. Then, a coil spring 21 for pressing the pipe 33 upward is provided at the tool 21. Thus, a banner 30 is prevented from being wrinkled of slack. Furthermore, a vertical leg part 2B to which the part 10 is fitted can be put through an insertion hole 8 of a horizontal leg part 2A slidably and fixed at an optional position to adjust a distance L between the part 2A and the part 10 optionally. Thus, the fitting angle of the banner 30 can be adjusted and the degree of the easiness to see of the banner 30 can be adjusted.
