PURPOSE:To integrally mold a head part and a body part using a resin by mounting a tubular container body part composed of a cylindrical molded object of a laminated sheet on the outer periphery of a mandrel like male mold and clamping the male mold and a female mold to form a cavity to inject a molten thermoplastic resin into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical molded object 2 obtained by forming a laminated sheet into a cylindrical shape is mounted on the outer periphery of a mandrel like male mold 2 and the male mold 2 and a female mold 4 are temporarily clamped to form a cavity 5. A molten nitrile resin is injected into the cavity 5 from a die nozzle 6 and, then, the molds 2,4 are perfectly clamped to form a tube container head part 8 to one end of the tube container body part 2 from the resin. That is, the head part 8 consists of a fine neck like mouth part 9 and the fan-shaped shoulder part 10 continued thereto and integrally formed along with the body part 2 to be bonded to the body part 2. Therefore, the body part 2 and head part 8 of a tube container 1 can be strongly bonded. |
