The present refers to enrich food specifically the tortilla which is not only the base of popular alimentation in Mexico, but it is used in the preparation of many delicious and economical dishes of Mexican recipes. Being now enriched and enhanced with prickly pear, aloe, spinach, carrot and beetroot having the advantage of containing a large percentage of nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, dietetic fiber; improving with this and beginning a change in traditional nutrition and increasing the consumption of vegetables which in some areas is minimum or null, thus improving nourishment. |
