PURPOSE:To prevent granulated particles from being formed into a lumpy substance by the mutual bonding of said particles, in performing granulation by adding fine powdery anhydrous silicon dioxide and an org. binder to a substance to be granulated containing a liquid or pasty org. substance, by adding a water- insoluble high-molecular fine powder to said substance to be granulated. CONSTITUTION:Fine powdery anhydrous silicon dioxide and an org. binder having a m.p. of 40 deg.C or more and capable of being dissolved or dispersed in an org. binder (e.g., polyethylene glycol with a M.W. of 4,000-20,000) are added to a substance to be granulated containing a liquid or pasty org. substance (e.g., a nonionic surfactant) to perform granulation. In this case, a water-insoluble high- molecular fine powder (e.g., a polyvinyl chloride resin with a particle size of -60mesh) is added to and mixed in said substance to be granulated in an amount of 1-20wt% to perform granulation. With respect to the content of each component in the granulated substance, fine powdery anhydrous silicon dioxide is 3-40wt%, the org. binder is 3-40wt% and the nonionic surfactant is 5-30wt%. As a result, lumpy substances resulting from the mutual bonding of the granulated substance are not formed.
