PURPOSE:To transfer data only by resetting the interruption restriction of a signal for the blocking state of a transmitting buffer after setting an address of a data table, by sending an indication of the interruption restriction to an interruption control circuit before data transfer. CONSTITUTION:When a reset input is supplied by power-on resetting, etc., an initializing program is started to initialize a USART2 and the interruption control circuit 3. Then, the transmitting-buffer blocking state signal 104 is masked to an interruption mask register 32. Further, a transmission start program sets an address of the transmitting data table if there is a request to send a data block, and the restriction of an interruption mask register 31 which masks the signal 104 is reset and transfer is started. Thus, the data is transferred only by resetting the interruption restriction after setting the address of the data table.
