SUBSTANCE: waveguide for transmitting mechanic oscillations in lengthwise direction has two ends with different cross sections. Small end is designed for joining with source of mechanic oscillations, large end is designed for joining with user of mechanic oscillations. Size of large end of waveguide at least in one direction exceeds half of wave length of transmitted mechanic oscillations. Waveguide is plate-type one; it may include several plates, possibly with additional ribs if mechanic oscillations are transmitted to heavy tube wall of heat exchanger or it may be made as tube extension in axial direction with non-closed profile of cross section at least along part of its length if user of mechanic oscillations is in the form of tube.
