PURPOSE: A driver is provided to perform a function of several drivers using one driver by adjusting a length of a tip of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A driver(100) includes a tip(110), a spacer(120) and a handle(130). One end of the tip(110) has a cross shape to fasten or release a phillips-head bolt and the other end of the tip(110) has a linear shape to fasten or release a regular-head bolt. The tip(110) has plural surfaces to be securely maintained when fastening or releasing the bolt. The first fixing hole(121) is formed at one side of the spacer(120). An extension rod(122) is formed at the other side of the spacer(120). The extension rod(122) has a shape identical to a shape of the tip(110). The handle(130) is formed at a lower end thereof with the second fixing hole(131) into which the extension rod(122) of the spacer or the tip(110) is fixedly inserted.
