PURPOSE: A call simulation apparatus and method for a cellular mobile communication system is provided to test outgoing and incoming calls of a base station system and test an interface matching between the base station system and an MSC(Mobile Switching System). CONSTITUTION: A trunk matching board(73) connects to a BSC(Base Station Controller)(30) through a trunk. A main control board(71) connects to the BSC(30) through the trunk matching board(73), and is operated as a virtual base station for simulating the origination and termination operation of a virtual call and providing the virtual call to a cellular mobile communication system.
