Claimed cosmetic composition includes in cosmetically acceptable medium at least one copolymer of dimethicone with double bond and dimethicone with viscosity of 106-100.106 cP, and at least one cation polymer. The invention also deals with a method of treating keratin fibers such as hair. Such a combination gives keratin materials new cosmetic properties such as smoothing, easiness, softness without increasing their fatness. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 13 cl
