It is thoroughly mixed, its strength is corrected, and solution is passed through carbon-cleaning battery. Granulated refined sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup or in the form of aqueous solution is introduced into sorting or finishing tank. Simultaneously succinic and citric acids are dissolved in softened water, and, at mixing, sodium bicarbonate is introduced little by little. After its full dissolving in the mixture, prepared solution is filtered and introduced into sorting tank in the process of thoroughly mixing. Prepared from wheat rusks aromatic alcohol is added in finishing tank and thoroughly mixed. Then strength is controlled, and solution is subjected to control filtration. Consumption of components per 1000 dal of special vodka "Dyadya Vanya Pshenichnaya" is the following: refined granulated sugar, 19.5-20.5 kg; citric acid, 0.1-0.2 kg; succinic acid, 0.095-0.15 kg; sodium bicarbonate, 0.25-0.35 kg; aromatic alcohol of wheat rusks, 7.5-8.5 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water, in terms of 40-% strength. Technology and using of said ingredients reduce unavailable admixtures and give proposed vodka typical aroma and taste. EFFECT: broadened assortment of special vodkas with higher organoleptical properties.
