SUBSTANCE: hardenable composition is preliminarily prepared by mixing silicate binder, in particular liquid glass with modulus 2.6-3.0, and powdered (fineness 1,0.10-5 m) refractory filler, in particular alkali-earth and transition metal oxides. Composition is deposited layerwise on a preliminarily mechanically treated substrate. Prior to apply layer of composition, substrate is coated with liquid glass sublayer, which is powdered with alkali-earth metal oxide powder during sublayer lifetime. Each composition layer is applied at gradually raised temperature from ambient temperature to water boiling temperature. Exterior layer of composition is applied at temperature between 100 and 300 C.
