VALVE CONE, VALVE AND METHOD FOR MAKING VALVE CONE

constructions of valves designed for controlling fluid flow at interaction with seat. SUBSTANCE: cone of valve includes cylindrical body passing along lengthwise axis. Body has cylindrical surface and at least one axial groove. Said groove passes between first limit position near first end of cylindrical body and second limit position between first end of body and opposite second end of body. Groove has radial depth and width. Surface area of groove cross section in plane normal relative to lengthwise axis gradually decreases from maximum value near first end towards second limit position. In cross section normal relative to lengthwise axis body has contour line which is continuously concave and turned towards groove. Part of groove extending from second limit position has width more than its depth. Groove has longitudinal portion in plane arranged along lengthwise axis; in said portion contour line of body turned towards groove has practically continuous bending, preferably convex bending. Such valve cone is placed inside valve. Method for making valve cone comprises step of making radial grooves by one pass at radial-axial milling process. Group of inventions allows to make valve cone providing desired adjustment of valve in wide range and accurate adjustment at very small flows.
