Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of dried pitted and halved apricot is prepared by pouring 0.9-1.1 kg of it with aqueous-alcoholic solution. Dissolved in corrected water ascorbic acid is added in aqueous-alcohol infusion of dried pitted and halved apricot of Ist decantation, and filtered. Mixture filtrate is introduced in the finishing tank simultaneously with vodka introduction. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties; broadened assortment of vodkas possessing antitoxic action.
