Tubing formed of flexible plans or sheets, intended to be used as a package for relatively large objects for long duration storage purposes. The tubing (10) has on its outer periphery force application parts (12) in order to give the bent tubing its proper shape enabling to receive the object. The tubing must then be simply closed at its ends by means of releasable and preferably rectilinear clamping elements (11).
