public services. SUBSTANCE: snowplow blade 1 is secured on rigid frame 3 through bracket 2 for displacement in vertical plane by means of power cylinder 4. One end of frame 3 is hinge-coupled with vehicle frame 5. Vehicle frame 5 has lever mechanism consisting of three levers fitted on axle 7. Lever 8 is hinge-coupled with rod of power hydraulic cylinder 4. Each of two other levers 9 is connected through shackle 10 with blade fastening frame 3. Two inclined slots for fastening blade frame 3 are made on bracket. Design of suspension makes it possible to provided free displacement of blade when operating on rough roads.
