Invention involves expression of lymphokines Th1/Th2 in T-cells of patient (human) by ribavirin adding to cells in doses that stimulate expression of one of lymphokines tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma but inhibit expression of lymphokine Th2 interleukin-4. The advantage of invention involves the development of a method of modulation of lymphokine, i. e. enhancement of response of Th1 in simultaneous reversion of Th2 phenotype and vice versus.
