PURPOSE: A process of preparing traditional yakryungsi herbal noodles(yakryungsi is a name of a herbal medicine market of the City of Taegu placed in the southern district of Korea) using various herbal medicines is provided. Whereby, the noodles have characteristic taste and flavor and promote blood circulation and metabolism of a human body. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing noodles with wheat flour, 5% by weight of each pine leaf, bamboo shoot and arrowroot shoot are mixed with 1,000cc distilled water and indirectly heated. Thereafter, the extract is mixed with 5% by weight of mulberry leaves and liquor, heated and dried 9 times to give powder, which is mixed with 70% by weight of wheat flour and 10% by weight of fructose and then kneaded to form noodle strings.
