PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium wherein the crystallization velocity of a recording layer is enhanced and optical recording at higher speed is made possible. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has an alternate lamination part wherein a plurality of recording layers wherein the phase is changed by light irradiation and optical information can be recorded or erased and a plurality of interface controlling layers disposed in contact with the recording layers are alternately laminated.
