<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an agent provided with a transfer address, a key word of a person-in-charge, a load condition, an adaptability calculating expression and the like in the each person-in- charge, to calculate adaptability about a received electronic mail according to information which the each agent itself has to be added to the mail, to conduct automatic transfer to the person-in-charge of the maximum adaptability, to distribute the received electronic mail automatically to the optimum person-in-charge taking a field in charge, the load condition, a skill level and the like into account, and to easily cope with increase and decrease in the number of the persons-in-charge, as to this distribution program, this distribution method and this recording medium for distributing the electronic mails to the persons-in-charge. SOLUTION: This invention provides the distribution program, the distribution method and the recording medium functioned as a means for receiving the electronic mail, the agent to which the adaptability calculating expression for the person-in-charge is set in the every person-in-charge to calculate the adaptability pursuant to the adaptability calculating expression based on the received electronic mail, and by which the adaptability is imparted to make the electronic mail correspond to the person-in-charge, and a means for transferring the electronic mail to the person-in-charge of the maximum adaptability out of the adaptabilities imparted to the mail.</p> |
