PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection accepting system, an accepting server, a connection acceptance management method or the like capable of reducing a load of the server and strictly managing connection in arrival order. SOLUTION: The accepting server 30 receives a connection request sent from a client terminal 20 via a network 10 for an application server 40, issues a reference number to the client terminal 20 at a first connection request, and on the basis of this reference number, manages connection priority to the application server 40. In issue of the reference number to the client terminal 20, the accepting server 30 can transmit a program for automatically carrying out a reconnection request after the lapse of a predetermined time.
