<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can operate facility equipment more properly. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a facility equipment controller 31, portable terminal equipment 41, and managing server equipment of a management center 2. The facility equipment controller 31 is connected to facility equipment 35 installed in a house 3 and can send information obtained from sensors 71 and 72. The portable terminal equipment 41 is used by a user, etc., of the facility equipment 35 and the managing server equipment is installed outside the house 3 and connected to a facility equipment controller 31 and the portable terminal equipment 41 through a communication network 50 such as the Internet 51. This managing server equipment gives notice based upon the information from the sensors 71 and 72 to the portable terminal equipment 41.</p> |
