PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof and moistureproof paper low in cost, wherein the waterproof and moistureproof property is kept even in severely working for giving a fold, and a used paper is easily disaggregated by a pulper in papermaking, to be capable of recycling to raw paper. SOLUTION: A resin composition to be applied to a paper base, is composed of (A) a polyolefin of 40-74.5 wt.pts., (B) a tackifier of 25-59.5 wt.pts. and (C) a thermoplastic elastomer of 0.5-20 wt.pts. having a hydrogenated polydiene as a continuous phase, wherein a total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.pts.
