PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the certainty of the junction of a safety fuse element 11 with a silver layer 6 in a capacitor element which is constituted by forming a dielectric film 3, a solid electrolytic layer 4, and a cathode layer 7 having the silver layer 6 on at least its surface on an anode body 1 made of a valve- action metal, and bonding the fuse element 11 to the silver layer 6 without increasing the cost and size of the capacitor element. SOLUTION: The thickness T1 of the portion of the silver layer 6 which is bonded with the safety fuse element 11 is made thicker than that T0 of the other portion of the layer 6.
