PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation control system and a method for engine oil reducing exhaust of pollutant by properly controlling engine oil pressure. SOLUTION: This circulation control system for the engine oil includes an oil temperature sensor, an oil pressure sensor, an engine drive state detection part, an oil pressure control valve, a solenoid valve and a control part, and sets the oil pressure to a minimum value of the oil pressure required in normal operation of an engine. The control part controls the solenoid valve on the basis of an oil temperature, the oil pressure and an engine drive state by set logic, perfectly opens the solenoid valve after opening an idle speed actuator to a set duty ratio by ON of a starter key, and maintains the open state of the solenoid valve until an engine speed becomes a set engine speed or above.
